Αν και ο καιρός δεν ήταν καλός τίποτα δεν εμπόδισε τον Εμπορικό Σύλλογο και την Ομοσπονδία να τσικνίσουν στη κεντρική πλατεία της Ναυπάκτου. Η εκδήλωση περιλάμβανε ζωντανή μουσική , άφθονα σουβλάκια και κρασί , μόνο που χρειάστηκε να μεταφερθούν οι ψησταριές κάτω από τις τέντες μαζί και με όσους βρέθηκαν εκεί. Παρόν στην εκδήλωση ήταν ο Δήμαρχος Ναυπακτιας Τάκης Λουκόπουλος και ο πρόεδρος του λιμενικού ταμείο Αντώνης Φράγκος .
